our plan for today

We are planning to go fishing today ,want to come with us? I’m so excited, I’m going to see the fishes that played my bait again hehe.

Last night, I was dead tired when we went to bed. The moment my body touches our bed I immediately fell asleep.
We had a busy week this week but I’m glad that hubby has a 4 day weekend. He has no work yesterday and on monday too. That’s a lot of day off huh?

And hey,  I want to share some new things in the fam. We just bought a puppy, he’s a pomeranian. He’s still coming, we’re still working out with the papers but we already paid for it. We’re SOOOO excited for our new baby to come home. He’ll be here next week

As the technology evolved, the risk get’s tougher

You’ve read my previous technology news about ICANN right? Isn’t that scary? Whew, they were tricked and fooled too.

I really hate scammers, hackers..they’ve got nothing to do but to play dirty games. I despise them..hate em. I’m glad that ICANN was able to resolve the problem though, it took them hours but at least they were able to recover it.

This news saddened me..it’s very risky nowadays. This should be an eye opener too, be very careful of your online presence and transactions. If they were able to scam or fool those “big fishes’ how much more the small ones like us?

Internet addressing agency loses its own addresses

This doesn’t sound good: The nonprofit agency in charge of the Internet’s addresses recently lost track of its own.

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, or ICANN, said it happened when an Internet registration company it oversees got fooled into transferring the domain names to someone else.

The attack was quickly noticed, and ICANN’s domain names were restored within 20 minutes. However, because many Internet directories retain information for a day or two, visitors could have been redirected to an unauthorized site for longer.

Unexpected events

Are you watching the news lately? There are a lot of calamities that are happening. There were states that experienced heavy flooding, there were also places that were rammed by tornado and etc. That’s scary huh? Hopefully they took a home insurance with these types of disaster, if not, they would have a hard time getting up..the after effect is horrible.

I think the biggest and the most heartbreaking disaster was the hurricane Katrina. Until now the city that was affected with that disaster is still feeling the effect. They haven’t recovered yet. My heart goes for them. I don’t think they took an insurance for that type of natural calamity that’s why after the loss, they have nothing.

Hard life isn’t it?

Happy 4th of July!

This is my second 4th of July.

Holloman AFB had a fireworks display as well as a carnival yesterday so we went there and it was fun. I love their fireworks display. And hey, we are having a potluck in our house today that’s why I’m a little busy cooking .

I am cooking nilagang baka, beef curry, lumpia, fried chicken and pork bbq. A typical fil food.

I have to go now, I need to check the food.
