Sharing my life the way I live it
A day before Thanksgiving
I was OVERLY busy today. I cleaned our home and prepared the dining table for tomorrow’s Thanksgiving (di man diay lalim ning maminyo uy..pastilan). Thanksgiving is a big event here in the States. Our plan for tomorrow is to celebrate Thanksgiving here in our home and watch movies and football. There is not much to do since most of the establishments are closed.float right side =
Anyway, the cleaning and cooking (for today’s dinner) knocked me off. I fell asleep while resting in our living room when Carlo arrived from work (around 4pm). He woke me up as we have plans to go out and watch “Beuwolf”. And yeah we watched Beuwolf, the movie was just fine. I like Angelina Jolie’s line “Are you the one they called Beuwolf?”. We watched this movie in our new theater here in town -the “Aviator”. Our town is progressing little by little, the next building the biz people are building is a big mall. We’re happy to hear this news, this county will have more life now.
On the other hand, I want to greet everyone a “Happy Thanksgiving”. I and my fam are grateful for all the blessings throughout the year. Thanks also for being a part of me, for visiting my ‘virtual’ home.
Happy Thanksgiving to the Martin family in Davao, I wish you to have more blessings and prosperous business in the next hundreds of years.

Hi Gladys – Thanks for the greeting. We will be celebrating Thanksgiving on Saturday, since school is in session for the actual Thanksgiving Day. We want the kids to enjoy Thanksgiving too. This year, we are having a lot of foreign friends over to share Thanksgiving with us. It should be a fun day.
I read your other post about the snow that you experienced on Thanksgiving Day. That’s really great! It’s a special treat for you that your first Thanksgiving included also your first snow!

Hi Boss,
That would be fun, that’s for sure. I guess Mom Feym is busy in the kitchen for days now huh?
Yeah, the snow was amazing..my first
. Uh huh, I call it as a blessing. But the thing is, I feel like I’m freezing. It’s too cold. Thanks to the heater though
