Sharing my life the way I live it
Tiring day
Howdy everyone? I haven’t been online until tonight. I am too tired though. I had a busy day. I went to the base with hubby, went to the gym and went shopping for some furniture. It’s a NAF sale today in Holloman AF Base. The stuff’s that were on display are so cheap.
We spend around $105 and this is 2 loads in our truck. Yeah, that’s a lot of shopping. We bought a recliner for only $15, 2 wooden chairs for $10 each. That is really an awesome deal. The side table were $15 each, we bought 2, desk lamps for $5 each we bought 2 of this too and the best thing that we bought is the kitchen ware. I had dozens of kitchen wares and utensils.
That was a good shopping. It was very tiring to load and unload the stuffs but its worth it.
After we loaded our stuffs in the garage, I asked hubby that I’ll go with him and told him to drop me off at Lowes cause I need to buy a potting soil for my onion. One of my onions just happen to grow in my spice jar in the kitchen.
Anyway, Lowes is only 5 to 10 minute walk from our house so I wasn’t worried about hubby going back to his office and me walking back home. I grab a push cart and went shopping. My oh my, I think I got carried away with shopping and I forgot that I’m gonna be walking back home. I bought 5 bags and its like 6lbs each
, the moment I remember that hubby can’t pick me was too late. I’ve already paid for it waaaaaaaaaa
.
Oh well, since I don’t have the courage to return it, I decided to go for it. Then I started walking back to our house, My God..it’s too heavy and I can only walk like 20 steps then I need to rest. I know I look funny but then what can I do, I’m on that situation already. Then there’s this police car that passed by (this is halfway home), guess what? The officer pulled over and offered me a lift. He has this big smile and to make the long story short an officer gave me a ride back home …yay. Argh!!
So nice of the officer here but really I was ashamed of what happened. Sobrang nakakahiya..di na jud ko muusab. Uwaw gyud ko ay. That’s why instead of resting when I got home, I planted my onion right away and plant some herbs in the pots too.
And this is how my whole day went today.
