Hi, I am Gladys Erhardt and blogging is my passion.

I was born in Davao but grew up in General Santos City. These two are neighboring cities in Southern Mindanao. I spent my childhood days in Davao and we transfered to GenSan (short for General Santos) when I was 9 years old. From then until I graduated my college degree, I spent it in GenSan. I went back to Davao City right after college. I work with my long time boss (who became my mentor and he treated me as a member of his family, Mr Bob Martin -the owner of mindanao blog) since then, until I resigned because I went here in the US to be with my husband.

I am an IT by profession, graduated with a BS degree in Computer Science and I did had my Master’s Degree started in Davao. I am planning to pursue it here in the States and also I am excited to work. I am excited with the new environment and on how things work here. Right now, I am a plain housewife (what a big change in my life - from a full time career woman to a full time plain housewife) but I have plans to go back to school and to get a job. I’m not used to just sit around. I love to work, it’s my passion and I love the hustle and bustle in the street.

Any Plans for a baby?

Nope, not yet…but soon. I might not be having a hard time adjusting right now but I know everything is constantly changing so our plan is to have one after a year or two. Also, I want to enjoy our marriage, to spend all the time with my hubby.
