And here I am as early as 7am busy hopping from one blog to another, thanking my blogger friends and visitors for the congrats they left on my tagboard. Dabawenya Babe is chosen to be the featured blog of the day from PPP and it came to me by surprise.

I and Carlo was caught up with his finance case study last night and so I wasn’t able to check PPP. When I opened my PPP control panel this morning, I went directly to open opps..lol that’s why I was surprised reading the messages in my tagboard.

Thanks again blogger friends for leaving me a message and for always visiting me. And I will forever grateful to the One who give all the blessings, it’s not just the earnings but the friends I gained from blogging. Thanks Lord.

It’s been a while since I last posted an entry here, I know “busy” word is just an excuse. There were a lot of things that I prioritized rather than taking a note here. Firstly, Carlo’s been diagnosed with high in cholesterol and the following check up was that worse, his cholesterol went down but then he’s sugar is high.

He underwent a series of test and check up and we found out that he’s diabetic. It gave me sleepless nights and I had been crying. Maybe I was over-reacting but can you blame me? But anyway, thanks to the medicine’s here..he was able to lower his sugar and we’ll just maintain his medicine. Gone were the pizza, hamburger, rice, soda and all the fatty food days..

He’s having poultry foods right now as well as veggies, some fruits, plain water and whole wheat. Now I understand why no matter how eager I want to get a 9 to 5 job, I can’t..so this is the reason. You know I do believe that everything happens for a reason.

I’m over with weariness now, in fact I’m here in the base right now, Carlo has an appointment for a nutritionist dietitian and I’m going with him so I know what to feed him too. I mean the balance diet.

So what’s up with my blogging life? I’m pretty busy with my dabawenya babe blog, been kicking some assignments there. Did you know that we were able to save from that blog? That was really a big help for our plans in the future. We do have a lot of biz plans for next year.

Anyway, I bought me 3 domains in total and I’ll try to use the FREE hosting plan from godaddy, I’ll just try if it’s good if not, I’ll get me a hosting plan. The domain was cheap, it only cost me $14+ for 2 domains and that’s a year then the other 1 was around $28 including the hosting plan.

Yeah I bought em from different domain provider, just testing the boat. The subjects on those blogs are already laid out and planned. For sure, 2 of this blogs will NOT be monetized..just an educational blog.

Times up for blog talks, I read my friends’ entry about the ‘rice issue’ way back home. Wa gud ko katulog gabii naghuna huna, I don’t know how would the people survive the scarcity and crisis there. Makahurot og dugo..haaayyyy..lisod huna hunaon.

And one thing that kept bugging me every night was, 3 of my cousins are getting married next year. Worried lang ko because they are just ordinary person’s..unya mahal na ang bugas..unsaon na lang. But I hope they’re making the right decisions….I’ll cross my fingers on that issue.

My meds and phones, part of my everyday companion

I don’t know what’s gotten into me today that I feel like posting pictures , this is probably out of boredom (lol). I’m here in our office room right now, I treat it that when I go to this room I feel like I’m also working .

Because the only companion I have are my laptop, my phone and my meds, I also turned on our TV and listen/watch on some shows. What I like to watch are the cold case files, history channel, tom and jerry (obviously from cartoon network ), CSI Miami and sometimes movies.

When I get bored here in the office, I’ll go to the living room and read some books or pocketbooks. I see to it that I don’t forget to bring with me our cellphone, the telephone and my meds (sinusitis meds) so hubby doesn’t freak out when I couldn’t answer the phone when he calls.

He panics when I don’t answer the phone right away and believe me, even if I’m in our bathroom, I have the phones with me . Anyway, the two meds you’ve seen in the picture are: one is a soft gel capsule for intake and one is a nasal spray. So far they both work good, I have no more nose bleed, no headache so no tantrums (hehe).

My everyday is pretty much redundant but its ok, at least I have blogging to do. This keeps my sanity and keeps me busy until hubby is home. Ohh, by the way, I want to get back on the wheels..I’ve got the courage to go back driving again now (so nervous bout it) that I really want to get a job.

Anyway, the one that you can see in my laptop is smorty , one of the advertisers website. I’m checking some assignments for today. I have payperpost, blogsvertise and so on. Blogging was able to earn me money and I’m quite happy about it. At 2 or 3 in the afternoon, I’m already done with my office hours duty. This time, you’ll find me in my kitchen preparing our dinner. Then around 5 or 6 I’m back here in the office and this time with hubby.

He’ll do his school works, some research, his tagalog lessons while I continue blogging :), that’s pretty much how I start and end my day in my office.

I feel homesick today. I miss my nanay, tatay, my bro and my nephews. Not sure if its because of the Filipino news I’m watching at youtube right now or its because I’m alone here in our house. Haaaayyy *sigh*, it’s really different when you’re used to have people around you.

I’m not sad though…just miss them. Miss their laughs and missed being with them. Hubby and I are planning to visit Phils but not that soon. Kailangang mag-ipon (we need to save) plus I want us to at least have a piece of agri land bago umuwi (before going home).

I need to prepare our dinner now, we’ll have chicken bbq, salad with asian dressing and of course rice hehehe.

I get up late today, not sure why but I’m feeling like I’m going to get sick. Thank God its almost weekend, hubby and I can rest the whole day. By the way, I got an email from a web marketing yesterday and they’re interested on sponsoring ads on my blog.

Actually this is not the first time; I’ve been receiving offers after a month of accepting blog ads way back 2007. But getting the offers in constant is quite a great blessing. I’d say, I worked hard on my blog too and it paid off.

I started this a trial machine. You see, the concentration of my works before was to take care of web-stores (wowphilippines.com and etc). Insuring that the shipment is on time, motivating employees to work hard..we always work as a team. Blogging was really new when it was introduced to me.

So when my former boss introduced it to me, I was uncertain if I can get a hang of it though there was an excitement. Excitement because its new, its challenging and its another field and exposure.

Oh yeah, I also experienced having trouble in creating posts and on how to go on. There were even months that my blog went idle. Then I made blog friends, and by this time, our office also launched our (more than 20) blogs in the office.

But look at me now, I’ve spread my wings and had taken off (with my blogs) since last year. I’m not saying I’m earning 5 digits or more (though I’m projecting on going to that amount) but at least I have a decent income to help our daily needs, my family in gensan and for savings

During my bloghopping, I found the PPP craze all over the blogosphere. It ignited my curiosity and so, drags me to join the said mania. I was even hesitant at first cause who knows they might have a membership fee. But to my surprise, it has no membership or not even a registration fee. Kind a cool huh?! The only thing I did was I signed up and submitted my blog. Of course I also submitted my paypal account (this is necessary hence PPP will pay the blogger through paypal) for the incoming payment. They reviewed my blog and approved it after a day.
